What we look at
One offer, customer journey or working process. For example: how to explain a service, what happens after an enquiry, or why booking and administration take too much time.
Bring what you already have: a website, example messages, a process description or a few notes. We agree any further information needed before the review starts.
A conversation before a quote
Send a few lines about the problem. We will reply to clarify the question and arrange a conversation if useful. This initial discussion establishes whether the review is a sensible fit; investigation starts only after you accept a quote.
Focused work from £200
A small engagement can focus on one offer or customer journey and give you a short written assessment, priorities and a review conversation. We agree the scope and fixed fee first. Wider research, implementation and continuing support are quoted separately.
After the review
We discuss the assessment with you. You can use it yourself, ask another provider to act on it or commission Mavie for the next piece of work. Implementation and continuing support are agreed separately.
