Questions
A few details about commissioning work from Mavie.
Do I need to choose a service first?
No. Describe what you want to change. We can discuss whether a business review, a specific job or another kind of help is appropriate.
What does a business review give me?
A written assessment of one agreed problem, practical options, a recommended priority and a proposal for the next piece of work. The scope, fixed fee and delivery date are agreed before you commit.
Is the first conversation paid?
The initial discussion establishes fit and scope. Paid investigation or delivery starts only after you accept a quote.
Why is a software review priced separately from a website?
A workflow review investigates how people and systems work together and recommends what to change. A website quote covers building agreed pages. They are different deliverables; a review does not include implementation.
Can I ask for just a website or repair?
Yes. You can commission one job without a business review or an ongoing agreement.
Can I edit my website?
Our WordPress websites use GeneratePress and GenerateBlocks. You can edit text and images and reuse prepared page sections. An editing handover is included.
Is continuing business support the same as website care?
No. Website care covers agreed maintenance. Continuing business-development work has its own scope, time allocation, budget and check-in dates.
Do you guarantee more sales?
No. We agree the work and deliverables. Customer decisions and market conditions also affect sales.
What needs attention in your business?
A short description is enough. You do not need to choose a service first.
