You have an agreed contact at Mavie. We agree one piece of work at a time, with a price, delivery date and something concrete to review.
When you get in touch
Describe what you want to change. We reply within two working days to clarify the request and suggest a conversation or a written scope. We discuss fit and availability before asking you to commit.
Before work starts
The proposal names the deliverables, fee, dates, people involved and what we need from you. Where investigation is needed first, a business review or workflow review is a separate paid engagement.
What a business review includesWhile we work
You see the relevant drafts, designs or working versions. We agree where updates will live and when to check in. Changes to scope, timing or cost need agreement; a draft is not permission to publish or contact your customers.
When the work is ready
We review the agreed deliverables with you and hand over the relevant access and instructions. If you want continuing help, we agree its time, budget and responsibilities separately.
How we use AI
We use AI for research, writing, design exploration, coding and testing. It helps us develop and revise the work; we check its claims and behaviour and remain responsible for what we deliver.
We agree how your information may be used before involving an AI service. You approve publication, customer communications and actions that commit your business.
